Attract and retain new people into the financial services sector, and give them the training, resources and support to launch a new career.
Support existing talent to become truly independent, ensuring growth and innovation for the industry.
Increase diversity and inclusion, and actively change the ‘pale, male and stale’ perception of the financial industry.
Provide financial education to the ‘lost generation’ who didn’t learn about personal finance at school or home.
Busting stereotypes around money chat by instilling confidence and openness.
Create meaningful change in the financial advice landscape, improving access and ultimately closing the advice gap.
Since we started in 2021, we’ve welcomed hundreds of individuals into our 'new talent' programme as well as hundreds of advisers into our business incubators. In 2025 we welcome another 40 students, to start their journey in finance, plus over 100 new advisers in our business programmes; our biggest year to date! It’s generous partner support that helps these numbers keep growing.
