Every success story is a triumph for the individuals, the Verve Foundation and what we stand for.
But let’s talk about some holistic goals too: we want to improve diversity, shrink the advice gap, and reframe the industry with positivity. We’ve specified 6 key areas of focus. Since we started in 2021, we’ve welcomed hundreds of individuals into our 'new talent' programme as well as hundreds of advisers into our business incubators. In 2025 we welcome another 40 students, to start their journey in finance, plus over 100 new advisers in our business programmes; our biggest year to date! It’s generous partner support that helps these numbers keep growing.
