We’re so proud to have WAC recognised! Since 2021 we’ve been working to get new talent into finance – especially people who are outside of the industry.  

The We Are Change programme aims to increase diversity by providing opportunities for people who would otherwise be unlikely to choose a finance career, or unable to afford the qualifications.

We’ve helped a diverse mix of students feel comfortable and welcome in this industry and encouraged them to change the face of finance by looking past stereotypes.
