Elliot started Longmuir Financial Planning in 2025, and was part of one of the Verve Foundation’s ‘Build’ programmes.

Elliot started in financial services working part-time when he was 16, and has progressed from part-time administrator, to paraplanner, to adviser, and then finally running his own business. He also teaches financial services at the University of Dundee.

Having recently built a financial planning firm from scratch, he would like to help others on the same journey by sharing his experiences and knowledge, as well as practical guidance.
